Nationally certified and NC licensed, Martha’s massage style is varied and versatile. From deep tissue work to calming and relaxing massage, Martha customizes her sessions to fit your needs. Martha describes her massage style and technique as a deep, therapeutic, healing, unique and personalized method. Her massage sessions cater to the specific needs of each patient and use techniques and modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, Lomi Lomi, trigger point, assisted stretching and sports massage.

This massage uses an integrative approach and is designed to focus on your specific needs using therapeutic techniques to release tension, overstressed muscle groups and joint pain.

Pre-Natal Massage: This massage is intended for mothers-to-be and is performed while the client is in a side-lying position. It is a nurturing, therapeutic massage that promotes relaxation and stress reduction while providing relief from muscle cramps, spasms and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips and legs.
